Returns Policy
Our return policy is for store credit or exchange only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by BWR within 14 days of the original receipt date. Items will not be eligible for return if they have been washed, worn, missing its original tags, or missing the original receipt. To return an item by mail, please fill out the return form which was included in your order. If you have misplaced the form click here to download and print a new one.
All Clearance Sales are final.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do require payment for the return and additional shipping charge on exchange items.
Shipping
We can ship virtually anywhere, if you are unsure of whether or not we will be able to ship to you please call the store at 325-947-1069 and ask for Jennifer or Jenny.
All orders placed by 5 pm CST during normal business days will be shipped out the next buisness day. Orders placed after 5 pm CST will be shipped on the following business day.
