Thank you for your purchase!

We appreciate your business - we always want your shopping experience at Barbed Wire & Rose to be a fabulous one! Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we’re here to help! Refunds & Returns

  • All returned items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date delivered. Please include a copy of your order form along with a written note as to the reason of your return!
  • Only online credit will be given for items. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. Our inventory is limited, as well as changes constantly, so we are unable to do exchanges/holds. If the item you wish to exchange for is in stock when you receive your online credit code - great, purchase away! :)
  • Returns are processed at our warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will email your online credit code once we have processed your return. 
  • NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. SALE ITEMS ALSO INCLUDE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE.
  • Merchandise must be in the same perfect condition as it was when we shipped it to you. We carefuly inspect each item before we package and send them out to you. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
  • We will charge a 25% restocking fee for any returned item that shows signs of wear, unattached tags, or damaged clothing [including stains, makeup, deodorant, unpleasant odors, etc].
  • Any shoes being returned need to be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. Any damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted. DO NOT tape the shoe box in any way or use the shoe box as the shipping box.
  • If you fail to meet the return policy guidelines, then your unacceptable items will be mailed back to you at your own expense.
  • We will hold an unacceptable or unidentified return for 10 days. After 10 days we will not process your return, and any items will be donated to charity.
